There are some important points to note.

1. There is a glitch in the system where after you place your order and click on the "return to Merchant" button in Paypal, that it says the order did not go through, please be assured that the order did go through and you can confirm this when you get a Paypal receipt.
2. All credit card transactions are through Paypal.
3. We only ship to addresses within the USA.
4. Physical items are shipped using USPS Media Mail, which takes 7-14 business days to arrive.
5. All books will be signed by the author, John Salza, to the customer's name, unless otherwise requested.
6. Mp3 links will be delivered to you through email, please check your SPAM folder. Right-click and "Save As".
